No One Can Replace Agnes

"What?! Then what did you say?" Meghan was in such a panic that she checked every corner of the room with her sophisticated device that could detect eavesdroppers or small CCTVs.

"Take it easy, it's because of the CCTV in this room," Bob said while showing the CCTV in the living room. Meghan sighed with relief. At least, no one knows their conversation now. 

Bob continued talking. "Dallen seems to suspect me about Ace and Felix. But luckily, I have a video of me dumping two suitcases. What Dallen knows is that the two suitcases are Ace and Felix, even though I only put the two suitcases with dolls," he continued. 

"So what are you going to do now?" Meghan asked Bob. 

"It seems like it would be too long to talk here. What if you make me meet Ace?  I have a lot to tell him, because a lot has happened here," Bob asked and Meghan agreed. 

Meghan and Bob went to the hotel where Ace was staying. They left by taxi and at separate times. To be careful, if Dallen or his BodyGuard were spies. 

Upon arriving at the hotel, Bob hugged Ace like an old friend. Of course, they had not seen each other for a long time. During this time, they only exchanged voices. 

"You've changed a lot, Ace." Bob looked at Ace's appearance with pride and emotion. His skinny body, now slightly filled with muscles. Even Bob was always proud that Ace could be successful until now. Ace's dreams from long ago had finally been achieved. Bob still remembered Ace's words when he wanted to become a Mental Nurse to take care of his brother. But this is Ace's true dream. Having a successful business. "You've achieved your goal," he continued while patting Ace's shoulder. 

"Thank you. You're still the same as before. It's all thanks to your help," Ace replied. "So, what happened?" Ace asked. 

Bob began to explain something that happened at his house earlier. Bob gave Ace advice, to get a house in the country soon. Bob also intended to move all the evidence of Dallen's crimes and the tools Bob had been using to spy on Dallen to Ace's house. Bob said that his house was no longer safe. 

Dallen found out about Bob's house, when Dallen saw Bob's car driving towards his house. At that moment, Dallen just realized that Dallen didn't know where his BodyGuard lived. Maybe it was because he had many important people and BodyGuards by his side, so it was difficult to know each of their homes.

Bob also didn't understand where Dallen's suspicions about Ace and Felix's whereabouts came from. But Bob had a fake video recording to show Dallen and it succeeded in making Dallen believe. It's just that, Dallen is actually quite smart too. So Bob is worried if Dallen comes back to his house and finds something that Bob and Ace have been planning all this time. 

Everything Bob said made Ace worried too. So, he asked Meghan to immediately prepare a house for him to live here. Meghan left on the spot to buy a house for Ace. Ace was not a complicated person, he just wanted a house that was spacious and close to where he worked. 

Meanwhile, Bob gave her an envelope with a photo inside. 

"Who are these persecuted people?" Ace asked after seeing four photos of Dallen persecuting several men and women. 

"They have different cases, but they have a problem with Dallen. I don't know the cases of the three men yet, but I know the problem of the woman Dallen was stomping on the head of. She is the mother of his daughter who is a reporter. You know what? The reporter was killed one day before Dallen assaulted his mother. Her mother is now in jail, but I'm having trouble getting inside. Dallen is also cooperating with the police."

The situation was getting complicated. Ace took a sip of the drink inside, to quench his thirst and the fire spreading inside his chest and head. Ace understood now. As it turned out, it wasn't just Ace and Bob who knew his foul nature, but them too. Dallen's victims always lacked the power to defend themselves. Ace had felt it before. 

Ace stood up from his seat. He pounded the table and said excitedly, "Bob! We have to work together and help them! I think our power will help them more easily."

"Of course. I'm glad you can help me. I'm having trouble getting close to Dallen. He often assigns tasks in distant places. Ah, what are you going to do with that woman?" Bob forgot not to ask about Meghan, even though Bob already knew that Meghan was his Secretary.

"She will work with us. Her abilities are extraordinary. You said, you have the number of the famous agency?" 

Bob gave the number of the agency where there were so many great singers. "Do you want to be a singer?" asked Bob with an innocent face. 

"Wasn't the last time I sang, you went to the hospital to check your ears?"

"Right. It's impossible for you. Is the Secretary who is good at acting going to be a singer?" Bob was even more surprised, if he was the right person.

Ace nodded in reply. Ace already knew Dallen's weaknesses, so he would send Meghan to find a lot of information about Dallen. Especially, after hearing from Meghan, that Dallen was easily approachable by women. Finding his weakness and taking away something valuable of Dallen's was Ace's important goal.

Ace's cell phone rang. There, Meghan's name was calling him. 

"Your house is ready with everything you need. In addition, the items that are evidence of Dallen's crimes and our plan are neatly arranged. Come now with Bob. Our secret room is better than Bob's," Meghan said in a spoiled voice that screeched Ace's ears on the phone. 

Meanwhile, Bob who also listened to it was also surprised. The reason is, the beautiful Meghan turns out to have a nature that likes to tease Ace. Bob saw Ace who was rubbing the center of his forehead. Ace is used to hearing Meghan's babbling, because after that Meghan will say valuable information. Meghan was a person who was to the point when talking to others, but always talked a lot to Ace. 

"Alright, Meghan. Bob and I will be there right now." Ace hung up the phone. Now, he was looking back at Bob. "What?" he asked. 

Bob still had goosebumps from the beautiful woman he had praised earlier. Bob also gave Ace a pitying expression. "Does he always behave like that to you?" asked Bob as he walked Ace out of the hotel. 

"Yes, I've been patient a lot. But it's okay, it doesn't make me turn to Agnes," he replied. 

"You still can't move on from her?" asked Bob.

Ace smiled and then shook his head and replied, "How can I forget my lover? She's a good person and loves me sincerely even under the worst circumstances. She was also a loyal person, and always believed in what I was doing. Even you know, this revenge is also for her, mostly," he replied with emphasis. 

It seemed like Ace did not like being mentioned. The people closest to him always said why not get over it. It was a question that would provoke Ace's anger. Ace had promised himself that he would never forget his lover. Even when she was a corpse, Ace knew that Agnes' heart was still for him. 

"I thought you liked your secretary," Bob said in a small voice. 

Ace replied, "She's just a secretary, a coworker and a friend, nothing more than that. Do you like her?" Ace asked with a smile on his face.
