"I have high hopes for this project and want the right results. Don't let me down," Miles said as he closed the document he had been holding.

Felix's face changes slightly when he hears the last sentence. He lifted his gaze and looked at Miles with his eyebrows drawn together.

"Why?" asked Miles, noticing Felix's strange gaze.

But Felix lowered his gaze and handed the document to Secretary Jorell. "Your last sentence was too dramatic."

"Besides, it's not my specialty to disappoint people. My performance will remain the same as when I first occupied the highest seat in the company," Felix continued.

This time, it was Miles' expression that changed. He didn't hesitate to express his discomfort with Felix's words. "Don't you think you're too arrogant?"
