chapter 13: The Luxe Restaurant

Sebastian was hurt by their actions, but deep down he had a feeling that Isabelle would not betray him. He knew that no matter what, she would stay by his side. If she was with him when he was handicapped, how much more now that he is hale and hearty.

His phone rang and he picked it up, it was the man he was supposed to have a meeting with concerning the Chesterfield investment deal. “Good day sir. So we have scheduled the meeting for tomorrow as you earlier requested, just wanted to confirm if it's fine with you” the man said.

“No. Let's have the meeting today” Sebastian said with so much authority. He had earlier planned on telling Isabelle about his meeting plans with some of the officials in Chesterfield investment group but since she had other plans he was just going to carry on without her.

There's no time to waste.
