Declan walked up to the man bedside and placed the package on a table. he opened the box and brought a weird looking leaf. He turned back to look at Mandy who placed her hands together apologetically and moved back to the side of the door. Declan grabbed a crucible and a few bottles of liquid.

After minutes of mixing, he poured the resulting green goo into a bottle and set it aside before signaling to Mandy.

“I hope you haven’t given him anything since the other incident with Dr. Great?”

“No, I made sure that no drugs or person came into this room except from me.” Mandy replied. Declan nodded and grabbed the bottle moving towards the man lying on the bed. He administered the liquid and color flooded the old man’s face. Tossing aside the bottle, he backed away washed his hands.

“He is in the clear as long as he isn’t given any weird substance. He will be fine until I can find the herb that would serve as a permanent cure.”
