Chapter 143

The event started immediately and Nathan followed through as the various directors gave different speeches and a live band performed and soon, the Vice President took the podium. Nathan knew he was next. He thought he would still feel nervous but he got over it when his name was called. He stood up with his head held high. The whole hall erupted in loud clapping when he walked to the podium and stood in front of the mic. He smiled.

“Hello, good evening, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for honoring the invitation and honoring me tonight. My name is Nathan Montgomery Ulmer. The chairman of Ulmer’s Holdings and the founder of Kay Royal Hotels.”

He introduced. A lot of people didn’t know him as the founder of the new chains of hotels that have been making headlines lately and he saw the shock in their eyes.
