Kurkaos were popular in the kingdom and mostly they were feared by the people because rumours had it that the kurkaos were very ruthless, they were hot-headed and they were associated with dark magic. Some said that they could do anything in order to achieve what they wished for, it didn't mean if they would have to even kill people for that purpose.

Some said that marrying a Kurkao woman would benefit only the kurkao men, if it was a man from any royal family he would be hated by the people of the kingdom because people looked down upon the kurkaos and specially anyone connected to them. There were many more rumours about them, it was quite a long list but it was true as well that the Kurkaos be it a man or a woman, they were really beautiful.
