Chapter 51

The rain came out of nowhere and the sky immediately became dark. Joanna felt like fainting at this point. She could not afford to mess things up with these clients. They were very important to her father. Damien turned around and gestured for her to go in.

However, while she was still watching he ran into the rain and hurriedly jumped into the car. He was not planning on letting anything stop him. He will get home and must get back on time, he told himself. He pressed the accelerator paddle with his foot making the car speed up out of the premises.
