I entered my dorm feeling fulfilled. I had my powers back, and I was back to my kickass form. I heard a message tone, and I knew it was the alert from the last mission I had finished. I remember my promise to Derek to check by the gym house. I knew I had to be trained in combat and how to master my powers. The thought of finding my parents killer came back into my mind. I knew I must not be alone, and I needed to carry my friends along. I smiled to see the look on Evelyn's face, and I remembered my promise to her.
