There was stillness in the atmosphere, as the loud gunshot echoed through the air, ringing deep in the ears of those present,

Louisa felt the pain throbbing through her brain and her skin before she felt the bullet pierce and penetrate her body,

Louisa shivered and trembled, beads of sweat plastering her face as she looked on at the scenario before her, fear gripped her and she gripped her clothes tighter, she thought Louisa had shot Adam, and the sweat started dripping down her face as she tried to fight against the restraint, cursing at Louisa beneath her breath.
