Chapter 152

On a Monday morning, Kelvin woke up late, it was a new day to face the troubles in the family. He grunted, struggling to leave the bed, but he clearly was too tired and needed more sleep.

He glanced at his side clock, past 8 already. He jumped off the bed, today was the day when he got to represent his Uncle at the Silverwood Associates.

A knock came on the door, and he paused. “Come on in," he screamed, and the door opened gently. An old woman walked into the room, wearing white and a kitchen apron on her.

“Good morning sir, your coffee is ready as usual. Would you like me to make something else for you before you leave the house?” She asked, and Kelvin sighed.

"Naah! Don't worry, Carolina, I don't have any time to eat. The coffee will do just fine,” he said to her and she took a bow before walking out.
