"Did you see who it was?" Bruce asked Lecter as the police circled the event center. The bullet that was meant for Lecter had killed someone else, and due to that, all guests were being reviewed to ensure that the killer was not among them.

"No. It all happened so fast. I couldn't get a closer look at the shooter," Lecter said to Bruce. Bruce sighed as he gazed at Lecter.

"Mr James, I know you saw something. You're like of those superheroes in movies. Tell me what you saw and we can work together to ensure that the culprit is brought to justice," he said to Lecter who just kept gazing at him.

"What about the CCTV cameras? Have you done a sweep yet?" Lecter asked Bruce.

"The cameras came back clean. Apparently, this person managed to escape the cameras to try and kill someone in this building. Which begs the question, Mr James, were you the intended target?" Bruce questioned.
